Second Progression for this exercise.
This session continues to focus on the previously adressed area's and also encourages players to be aware of what's happening in the main game as well as their Rondo.
In addition to the previous progression, now when a team is first to the ball they can release an additional player into the "pocket" by using the GK/Deep Midfielder.
The additonal player should sprint out of the rondo and look to recieve the ball in the picket and seek to distribute to the wings to create an overload at pace.
The players in the rondo should continue to move their ball around whilst this game is ongoing but remain aware of the position of the ball inthe main game so as not to miss the opportunity to create the overload.
