Players are split into groups
Players then number themselves
The ball starts with player 1 who passes to 2
2 passes to 3 and so on
Players must move around within the box and play is 1/2 touches
PROGRESSIONS
1. Reverse order of passing
2. One touch only
3. Coach calls out a number who has to go into the opposition teams box and try to intercept their passing
4. 1 player from each team acts as a playmaker and must receive plays a 1-2 with every Odd or Even number
5. On the coaches command the next pass must be played the length of the box

Play with intensity
Use side foot to play short
2 touches - 1 to control and 1 to pass
Players need to be contsnatly moving around looing for their next pass
Communicate with each other. Call for the ball
