Drill: 4 Goal Game

Very good interactive coaching drills.

DESCRIPTION

Set Up:

  • Large Square Grid
  • 4 teams
  • 4 goals on each side of the square
  • Each team line up on the goal-line linking arms
  • Each player given number
  • Coach calls number and the 4 players compete in the middle with 1 ball, players are bale to score in every goal except there own.
  • Players on the line stay linked and act as goalkeepers.

Key Points:

  • React quick when your number is called.
  • Try get a yard of space to get a shot away.
  • Press player with the ball to get it off them
  • Other players must stayed linked on the line.
