15 x 15 grid oppostie the goal with 3 players behind each of the cones. Red and black players with the balls. Red passes to yellow at the opposite angle and runs behind the cone to receive it back from yellow. The minute red runs behind the cone, a blue also runs behind the cone on his side and becomes a defender. 1v1 is played within the grid with the objective to beat the defender and get a clean shot at goal.
Black then takes a turn passing to blue and both groups take turns.
Swap players/groups so all can be defenders and attackers.
