depending on how big the group is will depen on how big you will set up this warm up activity. using the cones provided, mark out a square area 15m by 15m. the aim of this warm up activity is to increase the athletes heart rate and body temperature. split the group into two teams. the aim for the teams are to get as many consecutive passes to eachother whilst the other team is trying to intercept or steal the ball. if the ball is knocked out by one team, it is the other teams ball. the team defending can be no more than two steps close to the player with the ball. after five minutes of the warm up, have the athletes stretch and get a drink
