1. The players will remain in there pairs however they will stand opposite each other between the cones.
2. The player with the ball will run towards the payer without the ball and turn before there partner can intercept the ball.
PROGRESSION
1. Repeat the drill however use a variety of different turns each time.
1. The plaayers will pair up and collect one football between the pair of them
2. The players will then dribble to the cones perform a stop turn, dribble back to the first set cones, turn and dribble back to the second set of cones perform a stop turn and give a simple 5 yard pass back to there partner who will repeat the exercise
