Inner square is 30x35 yards. The 2 end zones are an additional 10 yards.
3 teams
Two teams at any one time will work together to keep possession but also use the possession for a purpose.
Example shown the yellows and the reds are working together to keep ball while the blues are defending with high pressure.
The coach passes to a player of any of the two attacking colours within grid.
The teams in possessions must play the ball through the square and finish in the end zone with a pass to a player of the same colour as the first receiver (if it starts with a yellow then it must finish with a yellow! etc)
If the defneding team win the ball blue) then they need to clear the ball so that the coach can restart the game quickly.
Change defending team after 5 mins
PROGRESSION
When the defending team wins the ball play with the team that did not lose the ball. For example if the yellows lose the ball to the blues.
The reds and blues play together and score in the end zone it
Must be played into the color of the team that won back the ball
Passess must come with an instruction(Man on,Turn in, Turn out etc..)
Game is played all in BUT players must be encouraged to use the ball quickly - 3 seconds is plenty so have them move it along.
