1. WARM UP
2. BALL MASTERY (refer to list of manu)
3. SKILL TECHNIQUE 1
-> Laces (left & right),
-> Outside foot (L&R) and Inside foot (L&R)
-> Elastico (L&R)
-> Sole Roll (L&R)
-> Drag Back at central vertical line for all above
-> 4 touches only to line. Drag back & repeat (L&R)
-> 8 touches only to line. Drag back & repeat (L&R)
-> shout out 'foot on ball' at times to see who is keeping ball close.
4. SKILL TECHNIQUE 2
-> Slalom run through 3 red cones & run back & pass to next player. Highlight tight & long lace kicks.
-> Variation : Add a hoop to the middle & after completing the slalom run they need to dribble around hoop and back to line using correct lace kicking length technique : short of long.
5. SKILL TRAINING 1 (1v1)
-> Both players try to dribble through red gate as fast as they can. First through continues to dribble to hoop to score point. Second player through gates leaves his ball and chases down dribbler.
Variations:
->Only have one player dribbling thru gate & other player lying on ground , face down, and gets up when whistle blown for both 1v1 players.
-> add 'turned up' cones in field of play to encourage them to dribble around.
6. SKILL GAME
-> 3V3 plus joker player.
-> should result in openings in field of play, ball carrier encouraged to take on opposition & space to dribble to opposing hoop for points.
-> remove joker & add player to one team to see if opportunities for running with the ball occur more frequently.
