Pressing and overload breakaway drill
Blues Begin with the ball and Pass from the back to the 3 attacking players creating an overload 3 v's 2. Blues to try to score in one of the goals that the reds are defending and vice versa. If ball goes out of play start from opposing teams goals again. If reds win ball from Blues they have to try to score same for reds. As the game develops, teams to press as a unit to try to intercept the ball and score. Blues to work as a team trying to play ball fwd. Reds to then stop them scoring. Attacking players to press in such a way to cut off potential passes and force mistake.
