DESCRIPTION

Divide group into three teams and work in small 15 x 15 meter area.

Basic keep ball between two teams in the middle square and any team can use the 'floating' team on the outside. This must be high intensity and encourage players to use a full range of passes and use of whole coned area.

 

COACHING POINTS

- Individual numbered touches (on, two, three etc) or 'One or Three' 'Two or Four' touch, 'Hold Ball As Long As Possible' conditions.

- High intensity possibility of splitting up into time limit for 'defensive team' of 40 seconds each.

- Aerobic Fitness and Psychological Readiness.
