1 - Players dribble ball out to nearerst cone in grid and leave ball at that cone, they then race backwards across first square using sideways motion and sprint to opponents ball). Take ball to next cone and perform same to third line. CAN WORK OTHER WAY - SPRINT BACK THEN ACROSS.
2 - Players to dribble diagonally and then leave ball, sprint backwards and across square to pick up opponents ball.
3 - Players to leave ball at first cone then straight shuffle across to pick up opponents ball. Shuffle is lateral now.
- Speed and Agility with / without ball.
- Controlling ball at speed and then keeping ball stationary.
- Aerobic Endurance development by adding cones to length.
