Mobility/ Movement: Refers to calculated movement of players and interchanges of positions to;1) receive possession of the ball, 2) create opportunities for others to receive possession and 3) draw attention (marking) of 1-2 players.
The aim of this drill is to improve the defenders closing down, blocking passes and closing down the angles. However, there is one attacker in the circle that trys dragging the defenders away to try make it easier and to help improve midfielders ability to play into a 'strikers' feet.
Players on the outside can move left and right in their areas between the cones. They dont always need to go into the strikers feet, they can play it either in the air or on the floor to a player on the opposite side.

Tactical- Quality of first touch is important as not allowed inside the circle. Once its out of your area, the player cant touch it. Range of passing (short and long).
