6 players stand on the blue and red cones and the rest line up behind the yellow one at the start. Towards the end 4 cones make up a rectangle from the end to the start.
Once a pass as been made, players then follow their pass but are encouraged to run backwards looking at the ball at all times.
Once you get to the end a long pass as to be made to the spare player at the opposite side who as to control first time and restart the pattern off.
