DESCRIPTION

1) start face to face with other player and they will kick the bal behind you

2) the aim is to catch up with the ball and stop it in the marked out square

3)the next step is to sprint across field where there is a ball waiting for you

4)with the ball then dribble through the cones 

5)when youve gone trough all cones there will be a cone alone and you have to go around that before a shot can be taken

6) this part is the preogression, once all of that is done that will make a run int the 18 yard box where a cross will be delivered and they are to finish it (this marked out in red)
