Make a channel with a 7v7/11v11 size goal at one end and smaller goals placed parrell to the opposite end place a goal at each end.
Split the group into 3. The teams on the outside dribble from one end of the channel to the other and once they reach the end they turn to the sides and drive at the small goals. Once they are round the corner the defender can come and able pressure.
The team in the middle dribbles down the middle and must shoot before reaching the end of the channel at the larger goals.
2 minutes at each goal then swap. Select a new defend from each team after each swap.
Dribbling- Use laces to dribble at pace to end of channel and then at pace to apply pressure to the defender.
Shooting- Place into corners away from goalkeepers.
Defending- Pressure attacker as high up the pitch away from goal as possible. Side on stance show the attack wide and away from goal, arms distance away.
