Grid Dribbling (warm-up)
Players dribble around the grid at half pace starting with there stronger foot using the inside, outside and toes for 2 minutes, then move onto there weaker foot continuing with the same technique.
Look for close control and use of the correct part of the foot. Try to encorage soft touches of the ball keeping it close to the foot to be able to make quick turns.
