A game of Football Volleyball is a fantastic way of improving your ball control, as well as having fun.
Set up a small 'court', with a line of cones clearing marking out the net. In small teams of either two or three, players are allowed two bounces (one when they progress forward) before they pass the ball over the net. Players are only allowed to pass it to their team-mate once before it must go over the net. This drill is designed for the improvement of ball control, with feet or other parts of the body (e.g. heading the ball) as well as communication. It can either be played with the two teams against one another - and the team with the most amount of points win - or together to create a number to surpass for the future! Points are scored when the ball goes out of the court, or it is missed by the players within two bounces.
