3 defenders defend the goal. Four players are located on cones on the outside and have to pass it between themselves to create an opportunity to score.
Attackers are only allowed to stay within 2 yards of their cone. The defenders have to move as
a group to stop the attacking team from scoring a goal. After 5 attempts at defending they become attackers and 3 new defenders are selected.
