DESCRIPTION

I will firstly arrange the players into two sides, they will then listen to my commands and do as follows; firstly they will jog in sequence to the cone, they will then go through dynamic stretching very lightly so they do not pull any muscles as it is early in the warm up, dynamics such as opening out the groins, stretching the calfs, hamstrings, and back, the intensity will then pick up and we will go into our first drill

- Make sure everyone is stretching properly

- Make sure no one picks up intensity to early
