2 defenders in the boxes (if not enough players have 1 defender behind the orange line than can move between each box but must be in a box to trap the ball).
Attackers must try to keep possession and score a goal.
Defenders attempt to win the ball and pass into the boxes. Defender must trap the ball to score a point.
Space when in possession
Pass: eye contact, into feet or into space, don't force a bad pass. better to keep possession by sheiding than to give ball away.
