unapossed game- First the team on won side will start with the ball and make 5 successful passes and then swu=itch the ball other to the other team and they will complete the same and the tempo should be fast and hopefully 1 touch.
Apposed- Then after they complete that and are fully capable of doing it the on member of each team will stand in the middle of both boxes and then when one team releases the ball to the other team then the game will begin and the man who left the other team and has gone in the middle will try to close down the ball and win it back. If the team sucessfully completes 5 passes then they should switch he ball other to the other box and then they will do the same. The man in the middle is only aloud to enter the box where to team is passing the ball when the ball has entered the box.
