Receiving player recieves it on a half turn and looks to pass the ball forward, they then take that players place and the receiving player dribbles to the back of the line

player turns and passes, receiving player passes back and makes the run forward
-player turns and plays to the player while the other player makes the run forward into space
1. receive the ball on the front foot (1/2 turn) Look to play the ball forward
2. weight of the pass - on the ground
3. Shoulder checking to ensure player is ready and check for where pressure is coming from
