Each colour will pass to their teammate in the middle, then move to the back of the queue so the next person is ready to receive the ball back from the middle man. Rotate the middle man after everyones been once.
Progression:
- Alternate middle man after every pass. Middle man then joins the back of the queue.
- Middle man then turns to their left and plays it to the next queue and follows the ball to join that queue. Player who just played the pass becomes the middle man.
- Good first touch will make the pass easier to play.
- During progression always receive the ball on the half turn, ready to turn out and play the ball back.
