Setup - Markers 10x10x10
P1 steps in and passes to P2 following their pass past the next marker
P2 receives the pass to the inside of the marker and takes a control touch accross their body and passes to P3 following their pass to the next marker
P3 receives the pass to the inside of the marker and takes a control touch accross their body and passes to P4 following their pass to the starting position
All passes should be executed to the inside of the markers
All players should be positioned outside of the markers until the ball is passed and move in past the marker to receive
Progression: When the teams are comfortable with execution insert a 1 minute competition. Time for 1 min and have the teams count how many times the ball makes it back to position 1. Run for another minute to see if the teams can improve their numbers.
