DESCRIPTION

SET UP :

  • Divide teams into 5 players 1 GK
  • Field Set -up into 6 quadrants
  • Quadrant 10x10m
  • 2 Goalpost

ORGANISATION:

  • 1 player per quadrant.
  • Ball starts with the GK who passes the ball to team mate.
  • Player that passes the ball to different quadrant,must run into a different quadrant as indicated in diagram.
  • Players can not pass and run into the same quadrant.
  • Active defending
