1st yellow players passes the ball to his teammate and sprints around the cones. 2nd yellow players guards the ball from the defender who is trying to take the ball away from him. When 1st yellow player finishes running around the cones, 2nd yellow player passes the ball to him and 1st yellow player shoots on goal.
Exercis is done in groups of 3 and players rotate after each repetition.
