Session Structure:

  • 8 vs 8 in a pitch 5 yards past the penalty area and from penalty area to penalty area.
  • Offside rule applies in opponents half
  • Encourage one team to chase the game and one to drop off and defend deeper
  • Formations are both teams in a 1 - 3 - 2 - 2
