Rob the Nest/Stuick in the mud
The aim of this game was to warm up the team up and also teach the boys how to correctly tap their opponent.
The game starts off with two teams each with one ball to defend on either side of the field. When told to, the two teams have to try and steal the other team's ball whilst protecting the ball. If someone is tagged by the opposing team they are then stuck where they are tagged until they are tagged by someone on their own team. The first team to retrieve the ball from the opposing team's side and makes it back to their side without being tagged wins.
