DESCRIPTION

  • Good shape to play out. Each team is set up as 4 defenders and 2 central midfield players
  • Quick ball movement
  • Awareness
  • Can the players choose the correct option to play out. If the options are spread out to try and protect the outside goals can we use the numerical advantage and play through the midfielders? If the opposition is very compact can we quickly switch the ball to wide areas?
  • Is the pass to the outside back to their feet or to space
  • Offensive and defensive transition.
