Set-Up
How It Works
Divide your team into two group less goalkeepers. Place each team in a 20yd box with the opposing teams goalkeeper. If you have more than 10 players the remaining play in the 5yd wide lengthwise neutral channel as neutral players. The objective of each team is to maintain possession and serve a lofted ball "accross the border" to their keeper in order to score a point. If a team successfully scores their keeper may distribute the ball back to them for another attempt. If the defending keeper wins the ball he/she can now serve the ball the their team for a scoring attempt and so on. Have plenty of balls close by for continuous play by the coach if the ball is played out of the space.
