1 V 1 DRIBBLE ATTACK/MOVE WITH SHOT
The purpose of this 1v 1 drill is to focus on dribbling/ feint using scissor,step over and other moves to beat a single defender and finishing with a shot. This drill can also be use to correct the defender.
* 10 x 10 mtr grid and about 15 mtrs from goal.
*a goalkeeper in the goal and a single defender in the grid.
*the rest of the team should start at a cone placed about 10mtrs from the grid.
* Set up 2 of this to lessen the queue.
INSTRUCTION
*A player dribbles into the grid attempts to beat the defender using feint and dribble out the other end of the grid. If successful he can finish with a shot.
* If the ball is won by a defender,the attacker quickly becomes a defender.
VARIATION
*Add a second defender.
