in groups of 3 set up with small goal with 1 keeper (black) and 2 servers (red) serves to throw the ball in 1 at a time keeper to come out and claim ball. Retrun to goal after each cross rotate keepers after 4 crosses.
once every one has been threw 2/3 times change to punching.
set up as on right of diagram.

server throw/kicks ball in keeper come out and punches ball using two handed punch or 1 and aims for ball boy. rotate after 4 punches.
