SET UP- Use 18 yard box. Set cones to run around at each corner. The Play - Each line of outside players take turns serving and shooting. Example: X1 dribbles around cone to end line and plays ball back to center for player from X2 line to take 1st time shot at K1. Then X1 moves to X2 line and X2 moves to X1 line. Next player from X2 line dribbles around cone and plays ball into next player from X1 line who shoots at K2 - etc. While X1 and X2 go to their next line then O1 serves O2 etc.
Progress to chips from servers for heading finish.
If you want longer shots move goals back.
