DESCRIPTION

This is a 3 man passing drill that works on receiving, moving and passing the ball. 

2 players should start at one end next to the signle orange cone and the 3rd at the opposite end, next to the other orange cone. They should be 15-20 yards apart. 

Passing the ball to the single player. His touch should take him towards the gate (red cones). After dribbling through the gate, the player should pick their head up and play the ball to the opposite player. Follow your pass.

  • Meet ball
  • Body position (half turn)
