Central turnover the jackler and 1 player on the left and right side remain in the flat line position. The 9 goes to the ball and the remaining players on each side of the ball retreat to receive the pass from 9.
Options: add opposition; start with a hit up or tackle and/or have less defenders so attack has to find space.
