Continuous ball in contact with support drill.
5 v 5
Coach passes ball to pod attacking station (a).
The ball carrier attempts to keep feet in contact so support players can latch on and drive. If ball carrier goes to ground then support clears out defenders.
The last support player passes the ball to the coach.
The coach rolls the ball backwards and the closest player secures the ball then attacks the single defender (b). The attacker drives in contact then goes to ground and presents the ball. The support group now comes around with the first player picking the ball and then attacks group (c).
This sequence is repeated 5/7/9/11 times, attacking side to side.
Any mistakes can result in the count being reset.
