DESCRIPTION

Zet een veldje uit zoals op de sketch.

 

Doel is om continue de kick te trainen ook nadat een bal is aangegooid.

 

Verloop:

1) Eerste kicked naar de overkant.

2) die passed naar #3

3) en die kicked weer naar de overkant.

4) #4 passed weer naar 1

 

Wissel van speler of van richting voor variatie of met andere kicks.

COACHING POINTS

Gaat om de goede techniek van kicken.

 

Voor progressie:

- andere kicks

- grotere afstanden.
