Ejercicio físico MODELO A hasta pitido que nos recolocamos:

1) Atacantes: Delanteros conos 1-6,

3/4 están medio campo, cuando delanteros salen empiezan a hacer su serie de burpees, cuando delanteros se van de conos, se colocan semiataque y pasan ruck al fondo.

2) Defensores cubren espacio y basculan

Trabajo físico: Delanteros-Touche-suelo (corta, media, larga)
