- Player Starts and runs 10m
- Does 5x Burpees, then runs another 10m
- Here there is a coach with a tackle pad, player puts on a hit, get up, another 10m run
- The next point is 10 push ups, gets up runs 10m
- Here there are cones where the player, keeping hips square up, slide, back, slide and repeat.
- Player then runs 5m to hit a pad and drive the coach back.
Once they drive them, there is a grid set up with 3 players running and passing 5m between each. As the new player enters, the players who has been there the longest will depart to join the circuit.
