If a player is caught, they need to stand still with their legs open, so their teamates can roll their ball between them to free them.
Head up: not to bumb into other players.
Look for the space: try to avoid the catchers
Change direction: dont run in a straight line, makes it easier for taggers to catch you

If a player is caught, they stand with their ball on the floor between their legs.
another player can free them by passing them their ball, and then the caught player passes back. Then the player that was caught can pick up their ball and play again.
