DESCRIPTION

Fast paced, sevens (Rugby X) style game with teams of 5 a side on the pitch, subs roaming the sidelines who throw in a new ball when  goes out of play, encouraging constant play. Once a try is scored, other team can immediately tap and go from their own try/5m line. rolling subs, game lasts 10 minutes, no half time.

COACHING POINTS

Encourage players to look for space, drawing defenders and looking for offloads. Use rolling subs to facilitate breathers for those that need a rest.
