DESCRIPTION

Circuit, to include rugby related exercises to increase strength and fitness. The players spend 1 minute on each station in pairs including rest stations and have 20 secs to move between cones

  1. Line out lift of tackle pad
  2. Switches - players go up and arround cones performing switch in middle
  3. Squats
  4. Pressups
  5. Resitance sprint (using new harnesses)
  6. Sit ups
  7. Tackle bag push - tackle bag flat on floor, 1 player either end and push against each other
  8. Wrestling
  9. Tackling - players take turns tackling tackle ring
