DESCRIPTION

Place palms flat against your partners with your arms out infront of you. lean your weight onto your partner and then walk your feet slowly together until you are at full height.

reverse the movement and repeat atleast 3 times

COACHING POINTS

  • Arms should be straight and strong
  • core and legs tight 
  • take small steps
  • finish close to your partner (face to face)
