- set out agility poles (yellow cones in diagram) about 5m apart (3-4 for each group)
- split players up into even teams (3-4 teams)
- depending on group size put half of each team down one end and the other half up the other end.
- The first player runs up with the ball and effects the touch on the agility pole and then performs a roll ball.
- The second player (who needs to be running right behind the first player) picks up the ball and runs up to the next agility pole and effect the touch and then performs a roll ball.
- They continue the drill until they reach the players on the other side.
