DESCRIPTION

Player to skip through ladder as quickly as possible. Accellerate for 5 metres and turn left or right. Player needs to swerve through cones and turn left or right again. Accellerate again for 5 metres go straight and swerve through cones. Perform last quick sprint to cone.

COACHING POINTS

Concentrate on accelleration and the ability of the player to de-cellerate and evade cones.
