DESCRIPTION

Wedstrijd situatie simulatie:

  • Wat gebeurt er in de wedstrijd; wie doet wat.
  • Na een Scrum wordt een Ruck opgezet.
  • Vervolgens realignen verdiging (opnieuw opstellen)
  • Jongens die hebben gescrumd moeten nu in de lijn opstellen.
  • Daarna weer uit de Ruck passen en VERPLICHT minimaal 2 passes.

Volgorde na eerst ronde:

  • Groepje dat 'gescoord'  heeft gaat verdedigend scrummen.
  • Verdedigende scrum gaat aanvallend scrummen
  • Aanvallende Scrum gaat in de lijn
  • VERDEDIGERS MOGEN EERST ALLEEN SNELWANDELEN....!!! LATER OP NORMALE SNELHEID

COACHING POINTS

  • Let op het realignen! VERDEDIGERS MOGEN EERST ALLEEN SNELWANDELEN....!!!
  • Ga voor verplicht minimaal 2 passes anders affluiten!!!
