Coaching points

Player completes;

10 x 15m sprints

8 x 25m sprints

6 x 40m sprints

4 x 70m sprints

After each sprint walk back to start to recover.

After each run distance is completed player must rest for 4 to 5 minutes.

Player must complete a cool down run and stretch after a sprints are completed
