DESCRIPTION

  • Set up A and Ab defenders
  • Set up B
  • All players folding take B's place and push him outside

 

  • A and Ab defend on 9 pick and pick and go (Hummer)
  • B defends on Rainbow and X1 (runners inside 10)
  • C defends on 10 etc.

COACHING POINTS

  • A eyes on the ball and call the line (Hold,Up)
  • B eyes on the ball and call up
  • C-D-E etc. eyes up (don't look at the ball!) count numbers and mark your man
