1.Player steps through ladder and;
2. Receives ball (first 2x time from trainer)
3. Player side steps through slalom cones and scores a try
4. Player drops to the ground and quickly stands up again, picks up the balls and runs around the back of line to the cone on the outside of the exercise
5. Player passes to the next player coming through
Two balls in each line so that there are always two players in exercise on each line
Use arms through the ladder, have hands ready to catch the ball
Carry the ball in two hands
Side-step, not run around the cones
Quick drop stomach to the ground and stand up again
Pass backwards without adjusting feet
Player should turn upper body to pass and not reposition feet
