Game - Attacking the Gates
ball carrier must break through the defensive gate. When tackled present the ball for next pase of play.
2nd attacking player must then form a ruch over the ball
scrum half decides which gate to attrack next and passes to either attacking player who will then run into the gate.
defensive players must prevent attackers from passing through thr gate and improvise drift deffene strategy in order to cover the gates.
more than 3 gates can be used.
Skill 1
- ball carier must run around the red cone and go to groun on the green cone gate to present the ball.
- the next player rucks over and secures the ball for the 3rd and final player to pick up and repeat the first run.
Skill 2
- clear away and contest for the ball.
